Visitor Experience Hosts (VEHs) provide a wide range of visitor services at the Australian Museum. VEHs deliver outstanding customer service, representing the Australian Museum and providing accurate, informative and relevant information.

The services that they provide include:

  • selling and checking tickets
  • facilitating the hiring of audio guides
  • operating the Virtual Reality experience
  • managing exhibition queues and visitor flow.
