The Blue Tang is a tropical species that featured in the Pixar film "Finding Nemo".  In the film, Nemo's father and Dory, the Blue Tang 'ride' the East Australian Current from the tropics to Sydney Harbour.  The fish in Paul's movie may have emmulated Dory's journey or perhaps more likely, was an aquarium release.
