TAFE fish collection tour 2011

The students are studying for their Diploma in Laboratory Technology (specialising in Biological and Environmental Testing). The group of 12 students were shown around the fish collection by Fish Collection Manager, Mark McGrouther. The photograph was taken inside the large goods lift in the collections and research building.

Our Biology and Environmental Testing students really enjoyed their recent tour of the Museum's fish collection. The teachers would like to thank the Australian Museum and especially Mark McGrouther for his time to give our students this privileged behind-the-scenes look at some of the important research work that the Museum is involved in.
