This wooden club is from the Sydney or Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Australia. The club has been carved from a single piece of wood. It has a curved handle with a pointed base and a thin blade-like head. The remnants of white pigment can be seen on either side of the club's head. The club was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century. It was acquired by the Australian Museum in 1979.
