Mr David Feetham - Chair

Appointed as Director and Chair of the AMF on 10 February 2023 and also appointed to the AM Trust in January 2023, David is Deputy Chairman of Gresham Advisory Partners Limited having joined Gresham as Joint Head of its corporate advisory business in 1995.

In this period, Gresham successfully executed well over 150 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $270bn, participated in many of the largest and most complex transactions in Australian history and grew its corporate advisory team to more than 40 executives with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. David has also led the development and implementation of several international alliance relationships.

Prior to joining Gresham, David spent 9 years at Macquarie Bank and, prior to that, three years as a lawyer with Baker & McKenzie in Sydney. A mergers and acquisitions investment banker of 37 years’ experience, David has Economics and Law degrees from Sydney University. Outside of his executive roles, David has had twenty years’ experience on the boards of not-for-profit organisations including serving on the Foundation and as a Governor of a girls’ school and for 9 years on the board of CARE Australia.

David has a strong interest in history, culture and the natural world.

Ms Fiona Anne Sinclair, BEc LLM Accredited Mediator NMAS - Deputy Chair

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 31 July 2013. Fiona is a Barrister-at-Law who practices from Queen’s Square Chambers in Macquarie Street, Sydney. Fiona’s legal career focuses on commercial, equity and Will disputes and she also has an active mediation practice. Fiona has a strong involvement in the community and assists as a Pro-Bono Barrister in a scheme run by the NSW Barristers’ Association.

Fiona is a former non executive Director of Unicef Australia and has been involved as a volunteer for The Salvation Army and the Red Cross. She served as a Councillor on Woollahra Municipal Council for almost ten years and during this period chaired numerous committees and instigated the well regarded Woollahra Sculpture Prize.

Fiona has a keen interest in the environment and in indigenous issues and is a patron and supporter of indigenous art and culture. In 2016 she was a participant in Bond University’s Yarning Up Trip to Lockhart River and in 2017 participates in a related trip to the Torres Strait Islands.

Mr Massimo Belgiorno-Nettis

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 30 November 2022. Massimo combines a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, a career in construction, and an MBA to manage investments in a private family office. Massimo’s investment focus is on early-stage venture capital, Australian real estate, and global listed equities.

Massimo is a lifelong learner and possesses a keen interest in natural history, anthropology, the environment, science, and education. He hopes his involvement with the AM will expand his knowledge and help him share his interests with more patrons and supporters.

Massimo is the Chair of the Funding Advisory Committee at Positive Education Schools Association and a member of Philanthropy Australia’s New Gen Committee.

On the weekends Massimo can be found hydrofoil surfing on Sydney’s eastern beaches.

Mr Warwick Evans, BCom (Eco)

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 8 November 2016. Warwick has wide experience in the banking and finance industries in Australia. A stockbroker for 20 years he spent the last 10 of these years as managing director of the stockbroking businesses of Macquarie Bank. In addition, he was active in establishing the peak industry body for the securities industry now known as the Stockbrokers and Financial Advisers Association. This included a period as Chairman of this organisation.

In more recent times, Warwick has built up interests in the hotel, leisure and retail industries both here and abroad. This wide portfolio of activities includes accommodation hotels, spa and retreats and merchandising of consumer products. He is also Chairman of a Funds Management business, Naos, based in Sydney and director of their 2 publicly listed investment companies.

Ms Gillian Fullilove

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 29 November 2023. Gillian is a professional non-executive director who previously served in senior positions with leading non-profit organisations and universities.

From 2015 to 2022, Gillian was the Executive Director of Rhodes Scholarships in Australia (RSA). She oversaw all RSA activities, namely alumni relations, fundraising, events, media relations and publications. She reported to the RSA Board, the directors of which were senior Rhodes Scholars, including many of Australia’s leading business figures, politicians, academics and philanthropists.

Prior to her time leading RSA, Gillian served as the Assistant Director of the Rothermere American Institute at the University of Oxford and Special Projects Manager in the Division of Institutional Advancement at UNSW. Gillian holds a BA (First Class Honours) in History and English Literature from the University of King’s College, Canada and an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford.

Ms Amanda Hing

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 29 September 2021. Amanda is the Partner, Head of Family Wealth Advisory at Sayers. Through over 20 years of experience in creating highly customised advice and a multi-generational timeframe, Amanda provides advice to leading families and family offices in Australia.

Amanda expertly navigates the dynamics of relationships of unique family groups and their family office, to find new ways of thinking about impactful solutions to deliver real and meaningful outcomes. Amanda was at JBWere from 2000-2021, holds a Masters of Tax and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and International Family Firm Institute.

Ms Kim McKay AO, Director & CEO

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 5 April 2015. Kim, the AM’s first female Director and CEO, has led the recent transformation of the Australian Museum (AM). Since her appointment to her role in 2014, initiatives have included free general admission for children, the Australian Museum Centre for Citizen Science, the restoration of the Westpac Long Gallery (Australia's oldest museum gallery) as well as building a new award winning, accessible entrance, Crystal Hall.

In the 1990’s Kim co-founded the Clean Up Australia and Clean Up the World campaigns. She also co-created The Genographic Project, the world’s largest DNA population study, for the National Geographic Society.

She was made an Officer of the Order of Australia, in 2008, for distinguished service to the environment and the community and is the co-author of five books in the True Green series.

Ms Kristina Stefanova

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on 27 February 2019. Kristina has nearly two decades of experience working with public and private sector in Australia, North America, the UK, and across regions. Kristina has worked for the World Bank, US Agency for International Development, UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the Global CCS Institute. She has also helped start-up the largest environmental markets investment business in Australia; was Founding CEO of Brand Ethics, Australia’s first ethical fashion ratings agency; and more recently is co-leading an impact investment firm with an eye on social projects.

Kristina is an active non-executive director at key non-profit boards and a member of Australia’s main philanthropic networks. In a previous professional life, she was a print journalist.

Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Development from the London School of Economics and is currently completing a Certificate in Global Management at INSEAD.

Mr Andrew Yates

Appointed as a Director of the AMF on the 9 November 2022. Andrew is the current CEO of KPMG Australia and leads their principal executive body, the National Executive Committee and is also a member of the KMPG Australia Board. Prior to his role as CEO, Andrew was the national managing partner of Audit, Assurance & Risk Consulting. He joined KPMG’s audit practice in 1990 and since then has fostered some of the company’s largest client relationships with ANZ, IAG, Qantas, Sydney Airport, Perpetual Limited, Link Market Services and the Reserve Bank of Australia. He currently serves on the Board for the Benevolent Society and Jawun and is an Ambassador for the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation.
