Best for kids aged: 8-12 years

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing and first moon walk, the Australian Museum is hosting workshops all about space this winter school holidays.

Children will investigate how the Earth, moon and sun work in the solar system, how the Earth’s tilt affects the seasons, and the difference between a star, a planet and a moon!

Go space-crazy in this hands-on afternoon of out-of-this-world experiments and demonstrations.

Presented by Fizzics Education.
