Continuing the measurement theme again this week, we have been looking at our stats for November and December 2010 and found some interesting stuff.

During this period web page views totalled 1,404,841, and visits were 468,810. 27% of visits were from Sydney. 327 new members signed up during these two months, with 1,887 active users.

We are continuing to see an increase in website access via mobile devices. For example, there were 5,227 visits via iPhones in November and 7,569 in December; and 1,387 from iPads in November compared with 2,007 in December.

We also did a search on the Top 50 animals that users are looking at and you can see the list here. Bet you can't guess the top ten!

On another note it was an interesting week on the Twitter #mtogo hashtag with some really useful information posted. First, a list of museum iPhone apps via @CharlesOuthier, and second a tweet from @sherah1918 who mined this list and found that “73% of museum iPhone apps are free, others range from $.99-7.99”. We also had some discussions around charging for mobile apps here.

So, another week another post and look forward to next week’s post when I talk all things iPad…

Thanks John. We're planning to get the RSS feature for all our blogs by the end of January 2011.

Nice to see news about the web. Can you add an RSS feed please, so I can read it regularly?
