Special acknowledgement needs to also go to Research Associate Dr Anne Musser, who developed the exhibition’s scientific theme and incorporated into the exhibition current scientific research from the UK, China, North America and elsewhere."

Our Feathers of the Gods book was Highly Commended in the 'Publication Design Category – Book level B' of the Museums Australia Multimedia and Publication Design Awards (MAPDA).

"The idea was to capture some of the many Museum stories in an inviting, personable and unexpected way. The photography featured inside the book works alongside wonderful stories that a variety of writers have crafted, taking the reader behind the scenes, showcasing our people, place and amazing collections. Locally printed and produced on a tactile Australian-made stock, it feels good to hold and read. Congratulations also to photographer Stuart Humphreys and all contributors."
- Amanda Lo Teer, Designer

"Very contemporary with interesting combination of stocks and foiling. Nice details on trench fold. Beautiful colour palette reflective of content."
