I am the Australian Museum's Audience Research Unit, responsible for designing surveys and analysing the results primarily for our exhibitions and public programs, understanding out diverse audience of current and and potential visitors and how we can improve all of our offerings. I also involve myself in emerging technologies such as big data, gamification, and the delivery of rich content via mobile devices.

I started working at the Australian Museum in June 2008, originally for the Marketing and Development departments responsible for direct marketing, exhibition launches, liaising with film crews, and fundraising activities.


Bachelor of Science majoring in biology, specialising in evolutionary biology and animal behaviour.

Prior to joining the Australian Museum I worked in IT for 10 years in technical support, systems integration and sales.

In my spare time I have completed MOOCs on Coursera on gamification, astrobiology, human genetics and archaeology.
