The footage shows what may be a 12 cm long Blue Tang, Paracanthurus hepatus, between wharves 5 and 6, King St Wharf, Sydney Harbour, New South Wales, July 2009. The movie was taken on a mobile phone.
The Blue Tang is a tropical species that featured in the Pixar film "Finding Nemo". In the film, Nemo's father and Dory, the Blue Tang 'ride' the East Australian Current from the tropics to Sydney Harbour. The fish in Paul's movie has most likely emmulated Dory's journey.
