  We are a couple who are travelling to Port Douglas this year to visit our daughter and see a boat which we have bought and lease to our daughter., Reef Connections.
  We have our own construction business here in the West and have been self employed in the carpentry business for over 35 years. When we travel we like to involve ourselves in projects that enable us to see and do things that are not the traditional tourist hype. We have worked or been caretakers at different places in the past 5 years, which has enhanced our travel. We would like to volunteer for a position at Lizard Island Research station.
