  • I observed a batfish at Parsley Bay (swimming along the shark net)in eastern Sydney Harbour on about the 28th of April 2011.

  • Its not the same quoll as the other Butler photos...this one is a dark form of an eastern quoll (D. viverrinus) whereas the other photos are of a spotted-tailed quoll (D. maculatus)
