Super nanny - Ann, Van Breeman, Open 2007

I found this harlequin bug guarding the eggs she had recently laid on a hibiscus stem. She circled her eggs frequently and never once left her brood, even to eat. A few days later the eggs all hatched successfully and she lost interest, her motherhood duties completed.
