Image: Silver rooster
My object is a silver cast rooster. It is made with a lot of detail on the feathers and the eyes. It is very delicate. The rooster was given to my grandfather in 1936 so it is 75 years old.
It is very important to my family because the rooster is the French symbol and my grandfather’s parents were French. It is also important because my grandad got it when he was 5 years old and when he passed away it was passed down to my mum.
