Image: Sheldon repairing gap in tail
Sheldon uses Japanese Tissue and starch paste to fill a gap in the large crocodiles tail. The missing section extends all the way around, exposing the metal bar supporting the specimen internally. Layers of tissue are built up, textured and painted to match the surrounding skin.
