Image: Newly Emgered Dragonfly - Jenni Horsnell
An early morning shot, showing the Dragonfly after it has emerged from the larval stage, leaving its shell (exuvia) behind. At this stage, the wings and body are soft and wrinkly but will expand and harden and the body will gain some colour. I used a tripod, macro lens, reflector. The image was naturally lit by the rising sun.
