Mating Grasshoppers- Jason Girvan, Open Category

I found these grasshoppers mating while I was taking photos of birds in country Victoria. I was setting up my tripod when I noticed these grasshoppers in the middle of a dirt track. After quickly changing to a macro lens I was able to take this photo without disturbing them!
