Man working on a fish net Komabun village, Collingwood Bay Oro Province May 1921

Hurley spent a week at Wanigela Mission, the largest station on the north coast. Although his diary entries for this period were extensive, he did not mention this man working on his seine net. The net has seashell weights along the bottom and wooden floats along the top.
