Image: King of the garden - Marina Varda
Whilst in the garden, I came upon this strange but majestic looking creature basking on a leaf with a crown atop its head, giving the impression of royalty. I identified it as the caterpillar of the Tailed Emperor Butterfly. The photo was taken in natural light using a macro setting.
