Thank you to Rudie Kuiter for his help identifying this fish.  Rudie pointed out that juveniles of this species and the Ringtail Unicornfish, Naso annulatus, both have a white ring around the caudal peduncle.  The ring of Naso annulatus, however, is usually more diffuse.
