Four bluebottles - Belinda Curley, Open 2007

This photo was taken on Terrigal Beach in NSW. The north-easterly winds were blowing strong, bringing with them the predictable onslaught of bluebottles (Physalia utriculus). These four bluebottles were perched together, showing off their spectacular rainbow-coloured floats.
