This club is from the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Australia. The club is carved from a solid piece of wood. It has a straight handle with a blunt base. The diameter of the club increases slightly towards the top to form the club's head. The head then tapers to a point.The club was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century and acquired by the Australian Museum in 1982.
