E078180 shield, wood, northern New South Wales south-western Queensland, Australia.

This shield is from northern New South Wales, south-western Queensland area of Australia. The shield is oval in shape and a handle has been carved into the surface of the wood at the back of the shield. It was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century and acquired by the Australian Museum in 1982.
