This wooden boomerang is from north-eastern, Australia. The boomerang widens towards one end forming a blade-like shape. The curve of the boomerang is off-centre and both surfaces of the are convex or curve outwards. The boomerang was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century. It was acquired by the Australian Museum in 1981.
