E076984 boomerang, wood, northern-western New South Wales, Australia.

This boomerang is from the north-western area of New South Wales, Australia. The wooden boomerang is crescent shaped and tapers to a point at either end. One surface of the boomerang is flat while the other is convex or curves outwards. The boomerang was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century. It was acquired by the Australian Museum in 1979.
