E076973 boomerang, wood, western New South Wales, Australia.
This boomerang is from western New South Wales, Australia. The wooden boomerang has a small central curve and tapers to point at either end. One surface of the boomerang is flat while the other is convex or curves outwards. The boomerang was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century. It was acquired by the Australian Museum in 1979.
