This wooden club is from the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, Australia. The club has been carved from a single piece of wood. It has a distinct head and a straight handle with a pointed base. The remnants of white pigment can be seen on the rounded head of the club. The club was collected by Alexander Morrison in the late 19th or early 20th Century. It was acquired by the Australian Museum in 1979.
