Notes

David is a Chartered Accountant and a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and for over 30 years has provided assurance and advisory services to major financial services organisations.

He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1981 and was admitted to the partnership in 1990. He has specialised in providing professional services for financial services organisations throughout his career and has lived and worked in London and New York at various stages of his career.

David has been the lead auditor for numerous banking, property and capital markets companies. He has been responsible for PwC’s role in a range of capital markets transactions including the sale and float of a State bank, stock exchange listings for a range of companies and numerous debt and equity issuances.

David is a Director of the Opera Australia Global Fund. He has a BBus (UTS) and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He was appointed to the Trust in January 2014.
