Bi-coloured Damselfly - Adrian Hanox, Open 2007

During my trip to Singapore, within the Central Catchment Nature Reserve late one afternoon in March 2007, I had stumbled across this Bi-coloured Damselfly feeding on a small fly. This being the first time I had encountered a damselfly feeding, I was surprised that it allowed me to get in closer than they would normally permit, giving me the opportunity to capture this photograph at very close range shortly after it had gobbled down its feast.
