Shadow Puppet Shiva, made by Ketut Nyata, Bali.
Shiva is one of the supreme gods in Hindu tradition, considered to be a destroyer and transformer, frequently worshiped in the abstract form of Shiva Linga - a phallic symbol of male creativity and energy. Often represented immersed in profound meditation or dancing, his handsome youthful appearance reflects his powers over death, rebirth and immortality.
