What will visitors do about climate change?
Visitors have made pledges on what they'll do about climate change.
As part of our climate change exhibition visitors completed postcards pledging what they'll do about climate change. A selection have been posted on the climate change page - check them out here.
Some of my favourites include:
Buy clothes from 2nd hand stores instead of new!
Have a worm farm to compost food scraps. Refill a water bottle with tap water.
Make sure the tapes are turned off and not eat meat, and tell the Prime Minister to put signs up saying don't go and kill nature cause we are Australians. And I would stop crime and only buy what I need. (C, aged 6)
Less waste. Live simple.
Use lawn clippings for compost in the garden - don't throw them into the bush.
Use les electricity or else you will be an electricity eater.
