A voice from 350 BCE...
When our team was first thinking about how to bring the Egyptian Treasures collection to life, they came up with the idea of establishing a monologue, in which a senior draftsman instructs his young apprentice. Deb, our writer and editor, has created these scripts based on what we know about the lives of real people, and these videos capture the way in which the stories and the collection come together.
Have a look at them at http://australianmuseum.net.au/Egyptian-Treasures - then, if you can, come along to the exhibition and see the material for yourself!
