bioGENESIS is a Core Project of DIVERSITAS, the international programme of biodiversity science (www.diversitas-international.org)
The aim of bioGENESIS is to catalyse the international communication and integrated research that are necessary to bring evolutionary approaches to bear on pressing biodiversity issues.
I am one of the Co-Chairs of the Scientific Committee for bioGENESIS.

bioGENESIS and other core DIVERSITAS projects will join the new Future Earth program. Future Earth is a 10-year international research initiative. It "will develop the knowledge for responding effectively to the risks and opportunities of global environmental change and for supporting transformation towards global sustainability".
