Torresian Flying-foxes are found only on Moa Island. They are well-known to residents of Moa but have only recently discovered by scientists.
Habitat
Torresian Flying-foxes roost in rainforest trees.
Feeding and Diet
Torresian Flying-foxes are thought to eat rainforest fruits and are likely to be important dispersers of seeds on Moa, the only rainforested island in the Torres Strait.
