Image Gallery: Morwongs
Morwongs occur in temperate waters of both hemispheres in the Indo-west Pacific. These fishes have large blubbery lips and long, thickened pectoral fin rays. Three genera occur in Australian waters, Cheilodactylus, Nemadactylus and Dactylophorus.
