Ubud is an important cultural centre in Bali, with tourists from all over the world coming here. In the town centre alone you’ll find the Ubud Royal Palace and Puri Lukisan (Art) Museum, the Pura Taman Saraswati Temple and the famous Ubud Market. A short walk from the centre of town will take you to the Sacred Monkey Forest and the Great Temple of Death.
