Identification

The Green Anemone ranges in colour from a green to a dull bottle green.

Size range

5 cm

Distribution

The Green Anemone is found in southern Australia, from Western Australia to southern Queensland.

Habitat

The Green Anemone lives on intertidal rocky shores.

Feeding and Diet

The Green Anemone captures small animals brought in with the tides with its smooth tentacles that are the same colour as its column.
