Animal Species:Ameleta panochra Turner, 1940
This species is known from very few specimens in collections, but this may represent undercollection rather than real rarity.
Similar to many other grey and white species from other genera (especially females of some Lambula spp. and Microstola ammoscia), but the arrangement of the black spots around the cell of the forewing and the shape of the wings is diagnostic.
